This diet was developed by Dr. Jean-Michel Cohen, the new nutritional guru. Fashionable program for anyone who dreams of harmony and high vitality.

3 stages of weight loss in about 3 months - and again we can enjoy our favorite food and show off in stylish outfits.
"Cafe": -500 g per day, a maximum of 8-10 days
Difficult, but short-lived stage. A quick start is needed in order to quickly get the first result, and with it the motivation to move on. A low-calorie diet provides for a large amount of liquid food: drinks (tea, coffee, herbal infusions - without restrictions), cocktails, mashed potatoes. And the main dish is soups, dulling hunger, nutritious and satisfying.
TIP: Due to a rather meager diet, multivitamins and magnesium are required at this stage.
Breakfast - yogurt cocktail
Grind 1 medium banana and 1 peeled pear in a blender with a glass of skim milk or yogurt.
Lunch - cod with pumpkin
150 g of pumpkin pulp and 1 onion, cut into cubes, put in a pan, pour water so that it covers the vegetables, and bring to a boil under the lid. Reduce heat, cook until tender, then grind in a blender. The resulting vegetable puree season the curry. Serve with 100 g steamed cod with parsley and spices.
Dinner - Leek Soup
In 250 ml of chicken stock, put 3 stalks of leek, sliced ​​in rings.Let it boil for 10 minutes, then add 2 tables. tablespoons chopped onions. Bring to readiness. Season with ground black pepper.
PERKUS: 1 apple sprinkled with cinnamon, or 15 almonds, or 1 orange
Bistro: -3.5−5 kg in 2-3 weeks
At this stage, there are fewer restrictions, but giving in to small gastronomic weaknesses is not the time - it is necessary to consolidate the achieved success. Do not abuse meat. Choose cheese with a fat content of not more than 30%, by the way, the French often replace them with a meat dish for dinner.
TIP: it’s permissible to start the diet immediately from the “Bistro” stage, only for 1-2 days a week go to the “Cafe” menu if this first stage seemed unbearable.
Breakfast - Yogurt
170 g of yogurt without filler and sugar, it is possible with a sweetener.
Lunch - salad and beef with cheese
Grind 2 carrots and 1 celery stalk and season 1 table. a spoon of yogurt.
Grill 100 g of beef or veal fillet for 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle 30 g of grated mozzarella. Garnish - 100 g of green beans fried with a clove of garlic and 85 g of tomato paste.
Dinner - salad and omelet with arugula
Grate 200 g of beets and 1 apple. Stir, season with lemon juice and vinegar sauce (1 tablespoon each). Salt, pepper and sprinkle with dill. Beat 2 eggs, add 20 g of ruccola and 50 g of ricotta and fry without oil.
PERKUS: 200 g of any canned fruit without syrup.
"Gourmet Restaurant": -3−4 kg every month, for 2-3 months
Gastronomic liberties are available, but with reservations. Do you like bread? 30 g per day instead of cheese or yogurt - the limit. 3 slices of chocolate, like a glass of wine, are about 1 fruit in calorie content: include one thing in the daily diet. Love pasta? Eat a serving (100 g), but only with tomato sauce.For people with a carbohydrate addiction, a serving can be doubled, but there is a meal every other day.
TIP: if the excess weight has stopped leaving, return for 1-2 days to the Cafe stage or for 7 days to the Bistro menu. To maintain normal body weight, eat a minimum of 5 low-calorie meals per week.
Breakfast - yogurt and fruit
170 g of yogurt, 1 orange, toast with 2 teaspoons. tablespoons of butter or 3 tablespoons. tablespoons of cereal and 6 nuts.
Lunch - salad of leafy greens and veal with mushrooms
Salad, beets, boiled egg, chop greens, season 1 table. spoon of lemon juice, mix.
Stuff veal chop (85 g) with a mixture of 50 g of mushrooms and 30 g of ham with salt, pepper, nutmeg, tarragon, pour tomato juice and stew in the oven.
Dinner - an original appetizer and salad with chicken
Slice ½ grapefruit pulp, add 60 g of cottage cheese, a few boiled shrimps, salt and pepper.
Cut lettuce, boiled fillet, 2 pickled cucumbers, season with yogurt.
