Svetlana graduated from the institute with a degree in Industrial Technology. Since 1996, she has been working as a teacher at the Burda Moden Training Center. She loves her work, her students and members of the forum, she is always happy about their success. Before her eyes, many girls have grown very professionally, their work and images have become more complex and interesting, for some of them the sewing hobby has grown into a profession.

Elena graduated from the Institute of Art and Culture. She is a librarian and bibliographer by education. Since 1997 he lives in Germany and from there moderates Sewing Wisdom. Alya (aliy) - moderator of the technical forumAla has been with us from the very beginning, since the opening of the old site. Many know her as an experienced connoisseur of sewing equipment. She knows almost everything, all the wisdom that sewing machines and overlocks have. He is well oriented among all this diversity. Gives competent advice and recommendations. In addition, she also sews professionally.
Ala sews from early childhood, starting with dolls. Since mother does not know how to sew at all, grandmother is at the level of an apron, Alya learned to sew herself. But at the same time, they had a Podolsk sewing machine in their house. Ali’s mother really wanted her daughter to receive the profession of tailor or cutter, persuading her to go to study these specialties at the end of school. But Ala categorically refused: "I will never work in this area. I don’t want it, it’s not mine!" Now they recall with laughter these battles.
Ala saw herself in science. As a natural result - admission to the university at the Faculty of Chemistry and exactly half of higher education. Ala received her full higher education at a trade institute. After working for some time in the trade, Alya realized that she needed to obey her mother. And she left to work as a student in an atelier, where she received the profession of a tailor on the job. Her mom’s dream came true. But Ali’s scientific potential has not disappeared - she loves to delve into sewing equipment.
Ala has known BURDA magazine for a very long time. She enjoys using his ideas with great pleasure, since they are fully consistent with her style and ideas about how a modern woman should dress.
Elena (Elena 09) - moderator of the photo forumLena met the site in the fall of 2009. At first I just looked at the announcements of magazines Burda, and then decided to register. Her first appearance on the forum was the question of where to find a pattern of a traditional Chinese dress with a characteristic clasp. Despite the fact that Lena was then new to the site, she promptly received an answer to her question fromSvetlana Khatskevich and a few other members of the forum with links and tips. Then she was more and more fascinated by the benevolent atmosphere of the forum. She actively participated in various discussions. She began to exhibit her work at the photo forum.
On the burdastyle.ru Lena took up the most voluminous field of moderation - photo forum. She spent a lot of time, effort and patience to restore order there. And now she does it every day! He visits the site, looks at the exhibited works and checks the correctness of their design. In general, the way we see the photo forum today is the credit of Lena. She actively collaborated with the technical support of the site in order to maximize the photo forum itself and its work.
Lena is a foreigner - the city of Kherson was born and lives in Ukraine. 20 years married. Adult daughter. Lena is a very delicate, considerate and well-mannered person. She sews great. Persistent. Nastya is a kind and considerate person. Fond of nature. Sews, knits, embroiders. To the website Burda she "stumbled" back in 2008. At first, I just looked at announcements, sometimes the work of members of the forum, read useful articles and messages on the forum. And once she became bolder and decided to exhibit one of her works at the photo forum. And it dragged on. Then, together with everyone, she “safely” moved to burdastyle.ru. And now he cannot imagine himself without a site, withoutBurda, without friends who were on the site.
Nastya is from Russia, but now lives in places of foggy Albion. Beloved husband and cat. Sew and knit the beginning of the age of 15 years consciously. Nastya cut her first things according to patterns from the magazine Burda. Her first "wearable" sweater was from that very first Burda in Russian in 1987. For their experiments, dresses and old things “from the chest” of Nastya’s grandmother and parents were used. And before, and now Nastya sews a lot and with pleasure. Only now demands on the quality of tailoring makes higher.

Olga Santalova (NYUSHA) - moderator of the section "Our models"Olga is versatile, optimistic, sociable, kind and direct person. Her directness does not offend, but opens her eyes, helps in a difficult situation, makes her stronger. How she succeeds is incomprehensible. She is an active user.On the site since the time when it was a German version.

She always wanted to become a teacher. But she graduated from the Veterinary Academy, where she met her future husband. After graduating from the university, Olya got cold in the profession. After the decree, she worked in the field of sales as a manager, 10 years. A year ago, she quit spontaneously and after a summer vacation she became a tutor in mathematics, chemistry and biology.
From the profession of a veterinarian, Olga still has a love for animals. Now two people live in her family: the usual three-colored cat, Lucy and the Yorkshire Terrier, Silver House Venus, or, in a simple way, Dusya.
"As long as I can remember, my hands were always busy with something: I painted, sculpted and made doll houses, weaved macrame." But consciously, Olga began to engage in needlework in the second grade.
The first Olin magazine BURDA - 10/1994 was peered through the holes. In her head, she sewed all the models from him. Olga returned to sewing in 2009 and now has no idea how she lived without all this. She takes great pleasure from her favorite pastime. Olga sews a lot, almost everything. Over the past four years, she bought only a fur coat and a winter down jacket in stores. She considers sewing magic. It still remains a mystery to her, how from two meters of a “rag”, by simple manipulations, a thing turns out! In addition to sewing, Olga knits perfectly. Since last year, she was seriously interested in cross-stitching. And her big passion is cars - she loves to drive a car, at the wheel she feels like a fish in water!
The site for Olya was not just an interest club. Here she made friends with wonderful girls: Julia Dekanova and Marina (MaryAnna).
